  • QR code or valid ID proof may be required for event entry.
  • Duplicate or fake tickets may be rejected.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • Payments are securely processed through payment gateways.
  • Garba Town does not store complete banking or card details.

6. Refund & Cancellation

  • Tickets may be non-refundable once booked.
  • Refund eligibility depends on organizer policies.
  • Platform and convenience fees may not be refundable.
  • Approved refunds may take 5–15 business days.

7. Event Rules

  • Event timings, venue, and artist lineup may change.
  • Security checks may be required before entry.
  • Outside food, alcohol, or restricted items may not be allowed.
  • Management may deny entry for misconduct or intoxication.

8. User Conduct

  • Users must not perform illegal or harmful activities.
  • Users must not resell tickets without authorization.
  • Offensive, fake, or misleading content is prohibited.
  • Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Photography & Media

  • Events may include photography and videography.
  • Attendees may appear in promotional or social media content.
  • If you have concerns, contact organizers before attending.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, branding, graphics, and content belong to Garba Town.
  • Unauthorized copying or reuse is prohibited.

11. Liability Limitation

  • Garba Town acts as a technology and ticketing platform.
  • We are not responsible for organizer or venue-related issues.
  • Users attend events at their own risk.

  • Platform usage is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.
  • Disputes shall fall under Ahmedabad, Gujarat jurisdiction.
